Gedex Systems Inc. Appoints Dr. Glen Sincarsin President

MISSISSAUGA, ON, October 26, 2015: Gedex Systems Inc. (“Gedex”) announces that as a result of a management change implemented by the new Board of Directors, Dr. Glen Sincarsin has been named President of Gedex.   

Mr. Rudi Fronk, Chairman of the Gedex Board, commented, "We are confident that Glen is the best choice to lead our Company forward as we commercialize our leading edge remote sensing technology.  As many of you know, Glen joined Gedex in 2005 as Vice President of Technology Development and became Executive Vice President, Chief Project Officer in 2013.  He continues to spearhead the development of our technology.  We would also like to thank our departing CEO Chuck Allen for his dedication and effort during his tenure at Gedex."

Dr. Glen B. Sincarsin is an entrepreneurial executive with exceptional experience. Prior to Gedex, Glen served as President & COO, in the start-up and the operation of Dynacon Inc., a high-technology company specializing in microsatellite and laboratory automation products, marketed internationally.  He received his doctorate in Aerospace Engineering Science from the University of Toronto in 1982, in the area of advanced gravitational modeling.  Glen possesses more than 30 years of experience in project management and complex technology development, including the development of MOST, Canada’s first microsatellite and first space telescope – launched in 2003 and still operating.  He also played a key role in the creation of InocuLAB, a specialized automated laboratory instrument, to ISO 9001-2000 quality standards, and was part of the team that secured the venture capital to commercialize the device.

Gedex also announces that it has completed the continuance of the corporation into British Columbia and the corporation’s legal name has been changed from Gedex Inc. to Gedex Systems Inc., effective 21 October 2015.
